Workload

A minimum of 20 hours per week. This includes face to face & online study, consolidated learning & assessment preparation.

Entry Requirements

Completion of an Australian Year 12 Certificate or equivalent & Minimum IELTS overall score of 5.5 with a minimum 5.0 in writing or Evidence of upper intermediate English level.

Course Content

Participants will develop their skills in identifying, planning, forming and managing tasks fundamental to successful administration and leadership within a business environment.
